industrial site of the Terrot motorcycle manufacturing company, Cardinal Campus
actively participates in the area's rehabilitation program by establishing its
new student residence there. This student
accommodation in Dijon offers fully furnished and
equipped studios with modern, stylish designs and complimentary internet
access.
Ranked
among the top 20 best student cities for the 2022-2023 academic year, according
to the French magazine L’Etudiant, Dijon has become a vibrant university city.
Popular among students for its university, which offers a wide selection of academic programs including law, sports
and philosophy, Dijon also hosts a diverse range of higher education
establishments such as Cours Galien, Institut Agrosup, Ecole Supérieure de

studying, and unwinding seamlessly intertwine. It’s a great place for vibrant

The residence will
feature different shared living spaces, accessible to all tenants, including a
Chill Room, a fitness room, a Kitchen Lab (shared kitchen), a laundry room…

All
apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances
needed for a comfortable living experience. The studios come with:
- A kitchen area with cupboards, dining table, ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge. Tableware and kitchen utensils are also included.
- A living area with a desk and storage space.
- A sleeping area with a bed or a sofa bed, depending on apartment size, as well as a bedside table.
- A private bathroom with
shower, washbasin, vanity unit and toilet.
All studios have free internet connection (wired or wireless).
The residence also
offers shared apartments, up to two-bedroom (T3) units!
