This amount will be automatically credited to your cardinal campus client account.

It will not be deduct from the deposit, not under any circonstances.

The advance can be refund in the following cases :

- The tenant application is not validated by Cardinal Campus.

- The tenant did not validated his degree and cannot integrate the school he/she choses. On the following 7 days of the rejection notification, you must present Cardinal Campus the proof of the failure to be refund.

The tenant does not get into the school he/she applied for when he/she requested the apartment. On the 7 following days of the rejection notification, you will have to present Cardinal Campus the proof of the rejection letter from the school.

We do not have any apartment matching your request and/or the alternative we offer you does not match your request.

You wish to retract. In accordance with Article L121-21 from the consumer code “ The consumer has fourteen days to exercise his retraction right for a deal made remotely without justifications.”

In every cases, the refund will be transfer to your bank account. Your bank account details should be communicated to Cardinal Campus within the shortest time frame.

The advance will not be refund in the following cases :

The tenant has been accepted in the school that made him chose the apartment in the first place but choose an other school and do not wish to take the apartment anymore.

The tenant take more than 7 days to send the supporting documents for his file to be studied. After 2 written reminders, Cardinal Campus will considerate that the tenant is not interested by the apartment anymore. The file will be canceled, the advance will be kept.

The tenant take more than 7 days to send his/her supporting documents for the study of his file, and his file is rejected.

FILE STUDY 

The 150€ advance does not guarantee the acceptation of your file.

Your file will be validated only when we will received all of the supporting documents that has been asked depending on the tenant’s statu ( student, intern, part time training... ) you can find them by clicking here. An incomplete file can compromise the process of your file.

Cardinal Campus has the right to reject or cancel the file if supporting documents do not match the required selection criteria. (Particularly, warranter’s incomes must at least equal 3 times the apartment’s rent price you are applying for - after residential charges deduction.)

In case of one warranter might not be enough, a second one can be added. The 2 warranters incomes must at least equal 3 times the apartment’s rent price you are applying for, (after residential charges deduction).

DATA RETENTION

If your file is rejected, Cardinal Campus will not retain your data.
