Since its opening in September 2020, the Cardinal Campus Club 55 student residence provides comfortable and modern living options for students in the dynamic 9th district of Lyon. 

This residence offers modern, furnished and fully equipped accommodations, from studio to two-bedroom (T3) apartments. Units range in size from 18 to 46 m², and come with a small kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area and an office area, as well as a bathroom (WC and shower or bath).

The Club 55 student residence is part of our collaborative residence concept. A place for conversation and socializing, encouraging community building among residents through its shared spaces: the Chill Room featuring a lounge and a workspace, the Fitness Room, and the Wash Bar.

The Chill Room is fully equipped with a well-stocked, cozy kitchen, a workspace to study comfortably and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs.

The Fitness Room, your designated spot for maintaining an active lifestyle, is set up to accommodate everyone from beginners to experts. 

The Wash Bar*, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.
