Cardinal Campus opens its very first  student residence in Noisy-le-Grand!

The Cardinal Campus student residence in Noisy-le-Grand is ideally located close to the RER station, near the Gustave Eiffel University and its various institutions: IFSTTAR, the school of architecture (Éav&t) and engineering schools (EIVP, ENSG and ESIEE Paris). The residence What's Up in Noisy-le-Grand  is in the immediate vicinity of the shopping center.

Student residence but not only…

The new What's Up student residence is part of our collaborative residence concept. In addition to different types of apartments (studio appartement, one-bedroom flat and one-bedroom flat XXL), the Noisy-le-Grand residence offers many common areas conducive to exchanges and conviviality:  Chill Room, Game Room, Movie Room, Wash Bar, etc.

You will benefit from a range of additional services to make your life easier: personalized welcome by a dedicated contact person, free internet connection, secure entrance with a video surveillance system, and our new residence even offers connected lockers!



Furnished and equipped apartments for students from 650€/month

The residence offers accommodation in Noisy-le-Grand ranging from studio apartments to T1XXL. Each apartment is fully furnished to facilitate the daily life of our students. The studios are composed of :

- Kitchen area  with storage, dining table, ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator; dishes and kitchen utensils are also included.

- Living room  area with desk and storage space

- Sleeping area  with bed and bedside table

- Private bathroom  with shower or bathtub, basin, vanity unit and toilet

Each studio has a free internet connection (wired or wireless) and air conditioning.
